One thing she noticed was that many of the clients she worked with had a challenging time keeping their deals moving toward a smooth closing and prospecting for new sales. Many times she heard them comment especially after a strenuous closing that they were too busy with that deal to make time for following up on leads.

Finding a real need for this service in the industry she went to work formulating a way to bring top quality transaction management service to Realtors, investors, developers and their customers. The experience gained in her college studies; research and work experience as well as using state-of-the-art technology she has created a service that not only amaze our clients, but one they boast to their colleagues about. Today our company provides transaction management services to busy real estate professionals from various size real estate offices, new and experienced investors as well as condominium developers throughout the United States.

Michelle does private consulting for a select group of clients. She travels to speak at boot camps, real estate training events, seminars and also does virtual group meetings such as webinars and tele-conferences. Vesna Bodecker, Transaction Coordinator

Vesna is no stranger to real estate. She has been active as an agent and then as the Transaction Coordinator for KellerWilliams Advantage Realty. There she helped agents in 3 offices manage their transactions and listings. In April of 2010 she joined our team and serves not only agents in the Keller Williams Market Centers but others as well. Danielle Moricz, Assistant Transaction Coordinator

Danielle’s experience includes an extensive background with real estate closings. She’s a busy mother of two young children that keep her hopping when she’s not working with us. Prior to joining TMC in 2010, she has worked for both a title company and law firm as a closing coordinator. Here at Transaction Management Consultants she provides file support to our team of coordinators. Each new transaction is given to her to open in our online system and then to the coordinator for processing. By doing this each file gets a second set of eyes and our coordinators have more time to devote to handling the files they currently have in progress.

Allison Manigold, Transaction Coordinator

Allison has been in the real estate industry for most of her adult life; first as a real estate broker and, more recently, in various supporting roles. Her extensive experience includes seven years as a transaction coordinator and office manager with a highly successful real estate team. She joined Transaction Management Consultants in 2011, and when she’s not exhibiting her excellent customer service and organizational skills as a transaction coordinator, she enjoys taking care of her two beautiful little girls.
