    A Transaction Coordinator (TC) is the person responsible for managing the transaction process from start to close; through interfacing with real estate professionals, your clients, closing agents, lenders, and everyone else who is involved, in a transaction. Your Transaction Coordinator is a direct line to the simplest closing coordinating solution. You may also know the TC as a Closing Coordinator or Contract Manager, but we prefer to use the title Transaction Coordinator as it accurately describes our commitment to servicing a transaction from open to close.
