A multi-tasking assistant or part-time Agent will miss an all-important detail that could cost you the deal.   2. How Many Files Do You Handle?

    If they are working with less than ten contracts per month, they may not be up-to-date on current affairs or doing this as their primary work. If they manage over fifty contracts, they will not have the time to review yours correctly. Finding that sweet spot of between 20-30 accounts per month means that TMC is always on the forefront of our service industry, without overloading our Transaction Coordinators or diminishing our services to you.

  2. What is a Transaction Coordinator (TC)?

    A Transaction Coordinator (TC) is the person responsible for managing the transaction process from start to close; through interfacing with real estate professionals, your clients, closing agents, lenders, and everyone else who is involved, in a transaction. Your Transaction Coordinator is a direct line to the simplest closing coordinating solution. You may also know the TC as a Closing Coordinator or Contract Manager, but we prefer to use the title Transaction Coordinator as it accurately describes our commitment to servicing a transaction from open to close.

Holly is truly a member of our team and goes above and beyond to ensure we stay on track throughout the transaction. I see several emails go back and forth between her and the listing agents, lenders, etc before I have even had time to respond once.
